The place was fairly clean with courteous staff members. There were very comfy beds and central heating, a work desk, and a TV inside the room. The rate was $ 383. The setting was magnificent, just next door to the major attractions at Niagara Falls, Scotiabank Convention Centre and Niagara Falls. Lucky that it was not too far from Papa John's Pizza, offering food to go.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the queen room, as well as central heating, a work desk, and cable television etc. It was huge, exceptionally comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was great - at a walking distance from A 158 m Concrete Spire.

Make sure to get superior queen room with the jacuzzi, coffee machines, for instance. The staff are very amiable, managed the parking on-site.

The room was reasonably large with 1 bed instead 2, booked it for $ 378. The location was unbeatable and stunning, adjacent to the major attractions at Niagara Falls. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Fallsview district.

Enjoyed climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room. There was nice bed & a clean bathroom.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close enough to almost everything. Guests mentioned that they were able to walk to the falls and that there was an Indian restaurant next door. The rooms were described as basic but clean and neat. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to call a taxi upon request. Some positives about the facilities included a comfortable bed, a well-functioning microwave and fridge, and a family-friendly room with two queen beds and a crib.

Some guests mentioned that there were issues with noise in the rooms, particularly when other guests upstairs were using the water. This was described as loud and disruptive.

The service was terrific, including an easy check-in. Besides, we parked the car on site.

The stay here was very pleasant during our visit. We had a neat and huge room where a refrigerator, an air conditioning and a work desk were available. Bed was very comfy.
